What does your job title actually mean?
I supervise the front of house during functions to ensure all runs smoothly.
What has been your path into this industry?
I started working for a catering company at the age of 13, and soon became a team leader and then the head waitress – I’ve been in the industry ever since.

I enjoy the customer care aspect as well as the busy atmosphere.
What is your kitchen nightmare?
In my role every kitchen nightmare is a nightmare.
What is your kitchen heaven?
Everything running smoothly in the kitchen makes my life a lot easier.
Most memorable event you have worked on at EJ Catering?
My first event at Deloittes, I really enjoyed it.
What is your hidden talent?
Art I really love it.
Who is your food industry inspiration?
I like Gordon Ramsay. His show Kitchen Nightmares inspires me, the fact that he looks at all aspects of a restaurant not just the cooking side to make it a success.
