For those of you with a savoury tooth, why not consider an alternative wedding cake made entirely of cheese.

Your wedding cake will be garnished appropriately to suit your theme and for cutting the cake photographs.  It will then be taken away and prepared by chef for serving instead of wedding cake.  It will also break down into a an evening buffet.  Served with homemade chutney, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, homemade biscuits and baskets of warm baguettes.

Farmhouse Llangofflan – A firm and smooth cheese yet slightly crumbly with a robust creamy citrus  flavouring

Perl Las – A truly different blue cheese, light and  delicate in texture with a depth of flavour

Y fenni, Dragons chilli – Truckles. 200gr waxed cheeses,

WELSH CHEESE – 5 TIER CAKE

Farmhouse Llangofflan Red – A traditional full fat hard cheese.  Coloured with natural annotto for a sublime colour and flavour

Perl Las – A truly different blue cheese, light and  delicate in texture with a depth of flavour

Perl Wen – A mould ripened semi soft creamy cheese combing both Brie and Caerphilly characteristics Blaenafon

Cheddar – Sealed in a black wax and matured at the bottom of an old pit mineshaft, this cheddar has a typically strong and nutty flavour

The cheese cakes are served on a silvercake stand or a wooden choppers block. We garnish with figs, Chinese lanterns, seasonal fruit plums and green gages, celery leaf, pillared apples, ribbons. It is also nice if the florist can supply a few flowers to bring the cake into the theme and design of the day.  The cheese cakes break down into evening buffets, plates, staff, breads, biscuits & chutney’s are charged additionally.
